When you have an asphalt driveway, you can expect anywhere from 15 to 30 years out of your driveway. Puddles are a sign that your asphalt is not graded properly, and water is not able to glide off of your driveway as needed. When water collects on your driveway, it can deteriorate the asphalt faster. As your asphalt driveway gets older, take care of cracks before they get too large.
